Moonketu is a web application providing astronomical calculations and Vedic charts, operated from Montreal, Québec, Canada By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service

2. Nature of Service & Disclaimer

Educational Purpose: Moonketu is a technical calculation tool provided for educational and informational purposes only.

No Professional Advice: The data generated (including planetary positions and charts) does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Do not make significant life, health, or financial decisions based on this data.

"As-Is" Basis: The service is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the astronomical calculations will be 100% accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonketu (and its individual operator) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount actually paid by you for the service ($9.99).

4. Paid Subscriptions

Moonketu Pro subscriptions are billed annually. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Stripe is responsible for tax collection and remittance, fraud prevention, and payment compliance. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's consumer terms.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy. You are responsible for managing your subscription and may cancel at any time through your account. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Account & Data Deletion

We use passwordless authentication via email You are responsible for the security of your email account You may request full account and data deletion by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be processed within 30 days.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the District of Montreal.

7. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of Moonketu after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
