If you are not satisfied with your Moonketu Pro subscription for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

After your refund

Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will revert to the free tier (up to 5 saved charts). Your existing saved charts are not deleted.
